บทคัดย่อ

บทความเรื่องนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อนำเสนอปรัชญาของฮั่นเฟยจื่อ โดยปรัชญาของเขานี้คนจีนยุคใหม่ชอบใจเป็นอย่างมาก ตามประวัติศาสตร์แล้ว หลังจากเสร็จสิ้นการสงครามระหว่างแคว้นแล้ว คนในประเทศเริ่มพากันเบื่อหน่ายสงครามและไม่เห็นด้วยกับการแบ่งแยกชนชั้นในสังคม ดังนั้น สังคมในตอนนั้นจึงหันมาให้ความสำคัญกับกฎหมายมากกว่าระบบจารีตประเพณีและคุณธรรม จนในที่สุด จึงได้เกิดรัฐจิ๋น ซึ่งเป็นรัฐแรกๆ ที่นำปรัชญานิตินิยมมาใช้ในการเมืองการปกครอง
