Abstract

This article aims to present the philosophy of Han Fei Tzu which is Chinese philosophy that was interesting by a new generation people. In Chinese history after the war between the regions there were tired of wars and anti with the social classes; therefore they turned to attend with the law rather than the customary and moral system. Finally, Chin state was the first Chinese ancient state that adopted the jurisprudence philosophy into its administration of the state.
