Abstract

The objective of this research was to study the human resource management of the Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administration Organization to compare the human resource management of the Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administration Organization. Classified by gender, age, education level, duration of work, and to propose guidelines for human resource management of Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administration Organization. The population used in this study was all Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administration Organization officials. 146 people The tools used to collect the questionnaire The statistics used in the analysis are percentage, mean, standard deviation, and data analysis, hypothesis testing using T-Test statistics and F-Test statistics. To the human resource management of Nong Bua Lamphu Provincial Administration Organization Overall, the most average aspect ? was competency management (? = 3.70), followed by organizational culture (? = 3.66) and organizational development (? = 3.56).
