Abstract

This study There are two objectives: 1) to study the level of organizational commitment of personnel Chom Thong Municipality Sriboonruang District Nong Bua Lam Phu Province and 2) for comparison. Level of organizational commitment of personnel Chom Thong Municipality Sriboonruang District Nong Bua Lamphu Province classified by personal factors, including gender, age, education level, status, monthly income and duration of work in total of 105 people. Statistics used in data analysis were frequency distribution, percentage, standard deviation, T-test, one-way ANOVA.

The study found that

1. Personnel, Chom Thong Municipality Have a level of commitment to the organization The overall picture was at a high level with an average of 3.70. Work experience had an average of 3.78, followed by job characteristics had an average of 3.75, commitment to the organization had an average of 3.66 and social norms had an average of 3.62

2. Comparison results the level of commitment to the personnel organization, gender, age, level of education, status, monthly income. It was found that there was no statistically significant difference at the .05 level. The duration of operation was found to be statistically different at the .05 level.
