Abstract

The objectives of this research article were: 1) to study the divine art of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism, 2) to study aesthetic philosophy, and 3) to study aesthetic philosophy appearance in the divine art of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism. It was qualitative research-documentary research.
The results of the study were as follows: Divine art of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism were Shakti (Power) of Mahadeva on Brahmanism - Hinduism. Origins and appearances were difference from scripture. Appearances of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism similar to women and dress like a queen. They has one head to many heads and arms. A study of aesthetic philosophy were explain art appeared in the divine art of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism by using the theory of representation, the theory of formalist and theory of expression. Divine art of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism showed imagination of the artist including beauty and philosophy meaning appeared in divine art. The aesthetic value of divine art corresponded to the theory of relative that depend on assessors. Assessors had direct experience by watching the Divine art of Mahadevi on Brahmanism - Hinduism.
